I'm a web designer using this to collect my forms. I'm currently having trouble with captcha improperly blocking some submissions. So I can't really say that I'm fully satisfied at this time. Being a full-time developer, I've found Basin to be hands down the best form endpoint service out there. I love the domain DNS integration (so the emails come from your own domain). It only requires a simple TXT and CNAME record. And you don't have to mess around with MX of SPF records at all. Routing form entries to wherever you want is super easy too with the API integrations for Zapier or Pabbly. Fantastic service and definitely recommended!
