New: Mail Templates API

You can now create, view, update, and delete custom mail templates through the Basin API.

Manage templates programmatically using account API keys with project-scoped access, pagination, and support for optimistic concurrency through ETags. Template updates continue to follow Basin’s existing security and review safeguards.

Deleting a template that is still in use returns a clear conflict response identifying its dependencies.
