📊 New Feature: Customizable Columns in Your Submissions Inbox

December 22, 2025New

We’re excited to launch Customizable Columns for your submissions inbox. You can now choose exactly which fields appear in your submissions table and in what order, so your review workflow matches the way your team actually works.

What’s New?

  • A Columns button in the submissions header that opens a dedicated Column Settings modal
  • The ability to add, remove, and reorder columns via drag-and-drop
  • Support for both system columns (email, date, time, tags, attachment) and custom form fields
  • Per-form configurations that are saved and persist across sessions

How It Works

  1. Open your form and go to the Submissions tab.
  2. Click the Columns button in the header to open the Column Settings modal.
  3. Use the Available Fields panel to pick which fields you want to show (system + custom fields).
  4. Use the Selected Columns panel to:
    • Reorder columns with drag-and-drop or arrow buttons
    • Remove fields you don’t want to see
  5. Click Save and your submissions table will instantly reflect your new layout.

Need to go back? Use Reset to Default in the modal to restore the standard system column configuration.

Why Use Customizable Columns?

Customizable columns help you:

  • Focus on what matters by hiding noise and surfacing the fields your team actually uses
  • Promote high-value fields like company, job title, priority, or event type to column-level visibility
  • Speed up triage for leads, support tickets, event registrations, and surveys without clicking into each submission
  • Sort by custom fields once they’re added as columns, making it easier to locate specific submissions

Whether you’re running sales, support, events, or research workflows, your submissions inbox can now be tuned to your exact needs.

Note: Column configurations are per-form and per-user:

  • Each form has its own independent column setup
  • Each team member can customize their own view
  • Exports still include all submission data, not just the visible columns
