New Feature: Email Font Controls for Branded Notification Templates

We're excited to introduce configurable email fonts for Basin’s default email templates. You can now match your notification, autoresponse, and confirmation emails to your brand’s typography—without touching a line of HTML.

What’s New?

  • Per-form Email Font setting for:
    • Notification emails (sent to you and your team)
    • Autoresponse emails (sent to submitters)
    • Confirmation (GDPR) emails
  • A curated set of reliable, email-safe font options including Poppins, Arial, Georgia, Helvetica, Open Sans, Roboto, Times New Roman, and Verdana
  • Independent font control per email type so you can tailor the experience based on audience and use case

How It Works

Head to Forms → [Your Form] → Emails, then:

  • Open the Notification, Auto-response, or Confirmation tab
  • Find the Email Font setting
  • Pick your preferred font from the dropdown and save

From there, Basin automatically applies your chosen font to the default template for that form and email type—no code or template editing required.

Note: Email font controls are available on the Standard plan and above.
