What if you exceed your submission limit?
Don't worry — we won't force you to upgrade, and submissions over your monthly cap will still be delivered. We'll simply keep track and bill for them accordingly.

Why should I use Basin?
Rolling your own code to get forms working takes time. Isn’t your time better spent doing more important things? With Basin, your forms will be ready to accept submissions in less than 60 seconds.
If I already have a form, can I still use Basin?
Absolutely. Simply generate a URL endpoint in your Basin account and copy/paste it into your form action attribute. Then all you have to do is deploy the updated code to your production server and you're all set.
What if I need more storage?
Extra storage can be added to your account by contacting support. We charge $5 per 5GB per month. Let us know how much you need.
What is a form?
A form is a single endpoint that we host for you. You can have as many fields as you want on a form, and you can use the same form on multiple websites. Think of it as an inbox for your submissions. It doesnt matter if you submit directly to your endpoint, use Basin JS, or use our form builder. It all counts as a single form.
Can I pay with PayPal instead of a credit card?
Not yet. Payments are currently powered by Stripe, so we accept payments from all major credit cards. PayPal payments is something on our radar, but we don't have a timeline for implementation at this time.
What do I do if something isn't working?
Submit a support request and help will be on the way! We'll do our best to respond in a timely fashion, because we care.
Do spam submissions count towards my monthly limit?
Only legitimate submissions count towards your monthly limit. Spam submissions are automatically filtered out and do not count towards your monthly limit.
What is your refund policy if I'm not satisfied with the service?
We offer a 14-day free trial, so you can try Basin without any risk. If you're not satisfied with the service at any point, you can cancel your account for a pro-rated refund.
